Can I select a pickup point as a delivery address?
When you place your order, it is not possible to stipulate a pickup point as your delivery address.
However, if the first attempt to deliver your parcel to your named address fails, the named local delivery partner may offer alternatives. Not all delivery services offer the same options and alternatives. Please check their local website for further details
What if I am not at home when my parcel is delivered?

Must the delivery address be the same as the invoice address?
You can enter different invoice and delivery addresses during the checkout process.
Please note:
If you want to change your delivery address only, be sure to uncheck the box “Invoice address same as shipping address” located at the bottom of the delivery address form before you click Update.
